Stay in the Loop with Organization-Wide Notifications

We’ve just rolled out an update to make it easier for you and your team to stay informed about every port call that matters to your organization.

🧭 What’s New?

You can now choose to receive notifications about all port calls linked to your organization, not just the ones you personally created or are assigned to. This gives you full visibility into any changes, updates, or actions taken on bookings within your port or agency.

🔔 You’ll Be Notified When:

  • A new port call is created

  • A booking is updated or cancelled

  • Turnaround dates or services are changed

  • Quay (location) is assigned or modified

  • And more…

⚙️ How to Enable It

Just go to your profile settings and toggle “Receive all organization notifications”. Once enabled, you’ll start receiving updates for any port calls your organization is involved in — whether you’re the primary contact or not.

Why It Matters

No more relying on colleagues to forward updates. With this feature, you’ll always know what’s happening with bookings at your port or agency — instantly and automatically.
